I have extensive experience helping women in all stages of life, which includes during pregnancy, and postpartum. My focus is on helping you achieve your fitness goals while providing a safe, judgment-free space to help you get to a healthier place.

Interval training provides short bursts of cardio (HIIT), with longer durations of strength and core work. Each workout will get your heart pumping, and fatigue your muscles. Total Strength is strength training ONLY. It’s a nice break from cardio and a good time to focus on what our muscles can do for us! Everything we do is a CHOICE and is led by how you are feeling in that moment. We use free weights, resistance bands, and body weight for our equipment. You will be surrounded by like minded women who will cheer on your achievement.
Class schedule: Interval Training Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30am Saturdays 7:00am. Total Strength Friday 5:30am. All classes are based at St Ann Catholic School; 980 N Frederick St Arlington.
When the weather is nice we use the school parking lot. Please take N Frederick till it ends near 66 barrier wall. Parking is in that last lot on the right side. If the weather is wet or cold we meet inside the school gym right off that same lot with the blue doors
