The weather is finally starting to warm up! April early morning classes will be kept inside due to it still being pretty dark out. We might be able to hold class outside on warmer Saturday morning this month. We will post the day before if we will move class out so you can dress appropriately.

Friday 4/5- Total Strength with Kim. Please bring 2 sets of weights and a mini band
Saturday 4/6- Class with Kim. Looks like Saturday will be cold! Class will be inside the gym. Please bring your weights.
Monday 4/8- Class with Kim. You will need 2 sets of weights and a long resistance band
Wednesday 4/10- Class with Lauren. Please bring 2 sets of weights.
Friday 4/12- Total Strength with Kim. Please bring 2 sets of weights, a mini band, and a core ball
Saturday 4/13- Class with Kim. Weather looks cold and windy. Class will be inside the gym. Please bring weights and a mini band
Monday 4/15- Class with Kim. Please bring 2 sets of weights
Wednesday 4/17- Class with Bridget. Please bring 2 sets of weights and a mini band
Friday 4/19- Total strength with Kim. Please bring 2 sets of weights and a core ball
Saturday 4/20- Class with Lauren. You will need a long resistance band (she will have many to borrow) and weights. Morning temps look very nice for a workout OUTSIDE. Please dress in layers 🙂

Friday 4/25- Total Strength with Kim. Please bring 2 sets of weights and a mini band.
Saturday 4/26- Class with Bridget. Please bring weights to class. You will meet and stay inside the gym. You will be doing more running for this class
