Happy May! Itβs a crazy time of year for all so make sure to make the time for yourself and schedule your workouts! You will see more classes outside this month weather and temps permitting. Please check the website and/or facebook to see how to dress. Schedule change for Memorial Day Monday 5/27β¦.class will be at 7am (instead of 5:30am).

EQUIPMENT
Wednesday 5/1- Class with Kim. Please bring weights and meet us outside in the main lot
Friday 5/3- Total Strength with Kim. Please bring 2 sets of weights. We will be outside if temps are above 60 degrees. Dress in layers.
Saturday 5/4- Class with Kim. Meet us outside in the lot. You need weights and a long resistance band
Monday 5/6- Class with Kim. If itβs not raining will be outside for class. You need 2 sets of weights and a mini band.
Wednesday- Class with Bridget. Meet in the lot outside. Please bring weights and a long resistanc band
Friday- Total Strength with Kim. Class will in be inside. Please bring 2 sets of weights and a long resistance band
Saturday- Happy almost Mothers Day! Class with Kim. Temps will be in the low 50s but hopefully no rain. Dress for outside. Please bring weights and a long resistance band.
Monday 5/13- Class with Kim. Please bring 2 weights sets to class. Class may be inside if temps remain cool.
